PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY

Zonedge Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Zonedge") place great importance on respecting the privacy of their clients, employees, and suppliers. For this reason, Zonedge has established this personal information privacy policy (the "Policy") to govern Zonedge's practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

This policy describes how Zonedge collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information. Our practices regarding the protection of your personal information comply with Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector. This policy does not apply to information that does not constitute "personal information" under applicable privacy laws.

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect personal information from you:

• When you purchase one of our products or services;

• When you request information about one of our products and services;

• When you contact Zonedge customer service or any Zonedge employee or professional;

• When you visit the Zonedge website or carry out a transaction on that site;

• When you provide us with feedback or suggestions.

2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Zonedge may use personal information to:

• Identify clients, employees, and suppliers in order to establish and maintain a relationship with them;

• Provide clients with ongoing service, ensure appropriate services, and better assist clients in using our services;

• Improve our product and service offerings;

• Protect against errors and fraud;

• Comply with legal and audit requirements.

Zonedge may also use personal information to create statistics about our company. These statistics do not contain information that could personally identify a client, employee, or supplier.

3. OTHER USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

In the event of the sale or financing of all or part of Zonedge's assets, or in the event of a merger of Zonedge with another company, the personal information held by Zonedge may be disclosed to the lender, the purchaser, or the merger partner, provided that such personal information is used in strict accordance with Zonedge's privacy policy.

4. TRANSFERS TO AGENTS AND THIRD PARTIES

Some of the products and services provided by Zonedge may be delivered by third parties in cooperation with Zonedge. In order to provide you with the products or services you request from us, we may need to transfer information about you to these third parties.

When Zonedge transfers personal information to third parties for processing on Zonedge's behalf, Zonedge must enter into an agreement containing appropriate privacy protection terms before any information is transferred to the third party. These terms must provide that the third party will not use the personal information for its own purposes, will keep the personal information secure, and will only process the information on Zonedge's instructions.

In addition, the use of certain third-party products to purchase products or services from Zonedge may require us to provide your personal information to third parties in order to process the transaction.

5. ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

6. CONSENT

In certain circumstances, withdrawing consent to certain uses or disclosures of personal information may mean that Zonedge is no longer able to provide you with certain products or services.

7. STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Zonedge will retain personal information only for as long as necessary to process related transactions and in accordance with the laws and regulations, including any professional regulations, in effect in the province of Quebec.

All personal information collected by Zonedge is protected by security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. All personal information stored electronically, including all information collected via the Zonedge website, is kept in confidential and secure databases. Zonedge regularly evaluates its security equipment and procedures and modifies them as necessary to stay at the forefront of security technologies.
